Students will explore stretching postures, breathing, and sound as a way of increasing vitality and flexibility and to balance each of the five elements within the body. Dr. Stone’s exercises will be introduced as a tool to allow clients to continue the work on their own that begins during a polarity session. Polarity exercise is easy and fun and can be done by almost anyone regardless of age or physical condition.
